Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including gift cards, downloadable products, personalized items, and custom designs.
Proof of Purchase

The Return Process
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its safe arrival. After a quick inspection, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your return is approved, we’ll work our magic to process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Sale Items
Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items are a bit camera-shy. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds on these lovable discounted items.
Exchanges with a Twist
We’re all about giving you the best, so we happily exchange items if they’re defective or damaged. Need a replacement? Just send us an email at shecraftssolutions+exchanges@gmail.com. Don’t forget to include pictures of the received item(s). Once the exchange is confirmed, we’ll send you the next steps.
Shipping Your Return
When you’re ready to send back your item, shoot us an email at shecraftssolutions+returns@gmail.com, and we’ll share the return shipping instructions. Keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
A Word About Time
Depending on where you reside, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you’re returning pricier items, we suggest considering a trackable shipping service or investing in shipping insurance. We want your return journey to be as smooth as possible.
