• • All custom designs are sent back to you first for approval! We want your keychain to be perfect, just the way you envision it.

• • Choosing your design is the first step in the creative process. Take a look at our available options in the images provided. Your chosen design will be featured on the front, with the corresponding color on the back.

• • If you have a design in mind that isn’t pictured, don’t hesitate to contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your unique request.

• • Need assistance with your design? That’s our specialty! Send us an email, and we’ll be thrilled to help you bring your ideas to life.

• • Once the original mock-up is sent for approval, you’ll have the opportunity for up to two revisions on your design. This helps us ensure that every customer receives the attention and care they deserve.

• • Your keychain is crafted from durable fiberboard or wood, available in both 1-inch and 2-inch round options. Quality is our priority, and we want your keychain to stand the test of time.

• • We use high-quality sublimation printing, ensuring that your design will not fade, peel, or crack over time. Your keychain will look as vibrant as the day you received it.

• • For care, simply wipe your keychain with a damp cloth if needed. Please do not submerge it or place it directly in water, as this may affect the longevity of the design.
