While we strive for accuracy, please note that colors may appear slightly different in person. Rest assured, these designs will not peel off like vinyl, ensuring a lasting and vibrant look.

Ordering Process & Tips

• • All designs are sent back to you first for approval! We want to make sure your mug is exactly as you envision it.

• • You have the option to choose your preferred mug size: 11oz, 12 oz, 15oz, or 24 oz. Make sure it’s the perfect fit for your daily dose of caffeine.

• • Take your pick from our available font options (see image). However, if you have a specific font in mind that isn’t shown, please reach out to us directly. We’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

• • If your design features different images on each side, specify which design goes where. The “front” of the mug is the side that faces outward, while the “back” is the side you see when holding the mug in your right hand.

• • Need design assistance? That’s our specialty! Shoot us an email, and we’ll be delighted to lend a hand in bringing your ideas to life.

• • You’ll have the opportunity for up to two revisions after the initial mock-up is sent for approval. This helps us ensure that every customer receives the attention and care they deserve.

• • For your convenience, our mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, if your dishwasher runs hot, we recommend hand washing to preserve the image’s longevity.
